Iso...Good or Bad?

Hollywood and Qwerty were both in the ISO tank for about a day. they both seemed active, and didn't seem like they needed to molt after all. They both had all their black nails, they looked fine, so I put them back into the main tank. I might put Qwerty back in ISO, he needs to build up his legs agian, they turned out weird last molt (they had white blotches on them and are all skinny, you can see in the picture below on my other post).

Molts always make me nervous! I need to buy a humidity gauge and thermometer soon, I need them for my ISO tank!

We went out to lunch today, I have some shrimp tails left over that I am going to give to the hermies tonight, they will love that! The resturaunt was so close to Petland (which I really dislike, they had no subrate, lid, water, food, humidity&temp. gauges at all. They have cool stuff to climb on, but nothing to keep the crabs healthy and a live! I decied not to go there any more, but I really should go back, I told them they had no water---we thuoght we saw the clerk tell the manager, on our way out, but I don't know, I was crying by then. I want to give them a second chance, maybe even ask for that job I have been wanting (to work just with the crabs, for a small fee! Like, change the water, cut FRESH food--NOT comercial, watch the humnidity and temperature stuff like that. I hope I could, I am too shy too ask!
---Maybe tomorrow I will go to Petland, if they are doing good, maybe I will even get a hermie. If not, then forget it, not going there anymore. Maybe I should bring bottled water just in case the crabs have none, and maybe, just maybe slip some into the bowl...



A picture just for kicks. That's Little Red, who knows what he was looking at! LOL! Obviously not the camera!! =D Silly hermie. (I DO know that hermie is spelled "H-E-R-M-Y" but "H-E-R-M-I-E" looks better!)

I am getting bored, not sure what to do. I was trying to figure out how to MAKE a template, figures...hey wait! I think I might have an idea...

Okay, yeah, the two pics are almost identical, but I like the second on better. His (Qwerty's) pose is cuter. LOL! I might enter these pics in some contest on one of my crabbie sites. That's always fun to do.

Here's some pictures of Qwerty and Little Red (Hollywood wasn't 'allowed' out of the tank at the time, i was certian he was ready for moults since he was digging so much so I left him alone):

Almost there! LOL! After he reached the top he went right back down behind the wood. Some resuce!

Well, now i have Qwerty and Hollywood in ISO, poo Little Red is all alone, I want to get another crab. I use to have another, Apollo (I'll show you pics when I get on the other user) but he died. He was an E (Ecuadorian, I think that's how you spell it!), so he couldn't stand all my unstable temperatures and humidity (weather is weird over here!).

I will write more later, my friend's coming over today. I need to go fix my Links.

What shoud I feed my crabs tonight? Something good, I wish I had meat...lunch meat...maybe I do, I need to go check soon.

Hmm, not much different foods! Well, cranberries are pretty new...! I also can feed my crabs the non *EQ dry food that I have been working on. Maybe I will sprinkle that stuff on top of everything else, who knows, they might love it!
MAN I hope I have lunch meat! That would work great! I could sprinkle the dry food on top of it.


URGH! The photo botton's not working. Maybe later. I am going to go surf the hermie net.

Aww! Look at his little wittle facie-poo! Cute!! It's not perfectly focused like the ones of Qwerty, but this shall do! I couldn't get them to focus for Little Red! It was so annoying!

AHA! SEE! It's the whole gang! See Hollywood in his old shell (the crab on the top) the stick would have driven me nuts! I am glad he switched. hopefully he will stay in thew new one. See Qwerty? The one on the right is him! And Little Red is in there too (to the left). I need and updated picture, this one was last forever-ago!
(It sure took forever to take, the crabs each wanted to go some where else! It took at least 20-30 minutes to get it perfect-o!)

Clumsy Me, Cutie Crabs

Well, I accidently just posted a "no write" post. I meant to click out of the page, but instead i clicked "publish post"! Oh well, sorry about that.

My crabs are out and about, at least Hollywood is. He is really sweet. I just adore that shell on him! Here's the type: http://www.naplesseashellcompany.com/pink_murex_shell.htm ! Check it out, isn't it wonderful. It looks cozy inside, unlike the out side.

---Obviuopsly, Hollywood was out climbing. He was on the wood piece (the biggy one). He doesn't really like it that much, he likes going behind it (it's like a cave).

New Discovery!

HEY!
I found this cool blog. It's almost hard to believe it's a Blog Spot blog, it looks so awesome. I saved to my favorites. It's perfect for any hermie lovers out there like me. I will get it in a sec.

I was on vacation for 4 days! It was fun. I bought $12 worth of hermit crab supplize, but so worth it. I bought some grape vine wood, spiky shell, ceramic food dish. Hollywood changed into the mnew shell already, it looks really good on him, I hope he keep wearing it. He seems to like it! It's slightly big, but that's the way he likes it, I have figured that out!!!!

I am the Editor! Lol, also known as the writer in this blog. I own 3 hermit crabs, Hollywood, Little Red, and Qwerty. I have recently gotten a lot of good shots of Qwerty, and one okay shot of Little Red (it's not perfeclty focused like the others are!) I will add them on this site.
